ESOL Entry Level 2 supports learners who already have some basic English and want to communicate more clearly and confidently in everyday situations. The course develops speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills for practical UK life, including appointments, work-related conversations, school communication, health services, shopping, travel, and community activities.
Learners practise giving information, expressing opinions, understanding short texts, writing simple messages, and taking part in conversations. This level helps learners move from basic survival English toward more independent communication and prepares them for further ESOL study, employment preparation, and Functional Skills pathways.
